Throughout all aspects of Post Haste, there is a creative, fun and forward-thinking story to tell. While “posthaste” is defined as “with great speed,” we reinterpret the phrase to mean the opposite: “after the haste.” This is a place to relax and unwind after the haste of the day.
Our beverage menu exclusively features spirits, beers, wines, citrus, herbs, produce and mixers from the Eastern United States
Nothing behind the bar is imported, in order to both support local purveyors and address the bar’s environmental impact. We are attempting to reduce the carbon footprint of food miles, while experimenting with unexplored combinations and new ingredients. Our food menu similarly emphasizes local sourcing in seasonal, modern American small plates with global influences.
